Narendra Chokshi joined Caris Life Sciences in 2018 and leads Corporate Development, including capital raising, evaluation of M&A opportunities and various investor facing activities.

Prior to joining Caris, Mr. Chokshi spent 10 years in investment banking; the last five years at Jefferies in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group, and earlier at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns. Before investment banking, he worked at KPMG in the Audit and Transaction Services practices.

Mr. Chokshi graduated from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business with an MBA with Distinction for academic excellence and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
