Health, Wellness and Retirement Savings Benefits Include
As a committed partner in our team members’ health, Caris covers the majority of annual healthcare premium costs, with employee contributions being considerably less than most employer plans.
Both of Caris’ dental plan options encourage preventive care and make provisions for most dental services that team members and their covered family members may need.
The Caris vision plan provides employees and their families access to quality care within an expanded network of national providers, helping to cover the cost of periodic visual exams, glasses and contact lenses.
Caris covers the full cost of short-term and long-term disability income benefits for full-time employees.
Team members and their families have no-cost access to additional work/life resource benefits via Caris’ EAP in order to ease their day-to-day and help them succeed in all aspects of life.
Caris provides no-cost group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for full-time employees. Coverage includes two times the employee’s annual salary up to a $500,000 maximum, with the option to elect supplemental individual, spouse and child coverage.
Team members have the opportunity to participate in flexible spending accounts which provide valuable tax advantages of paying healthcare and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Caris’ paid time off program is designed to meet the varying needs of our team members with an accommodating approach to cover vacation, illness, disability, appointments, emergencies or other needs that require time away from work.
Caris’ 401(k) plan provides team members with the tools and flexibility needed to prepare for retirement. The company matches 100% of the first 3% that an employee contributes, and 50% on the next 2% they contribute, up to the IRS maximum. All Caris 401(k) contributions are 100% vested.
Team members have access to valuable and discounted legal resources covering most common legal needs.
Caris knows that pets are valued members of the family. A group discount on pet insurance is available for employees covering everything from preventive care to accidents or illness.
Tuition assistance is available for accredited courses of an established degree plan (associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree) or a certification program related to an employee’s potential career path at Caris.
The plans and programs detailed above are subject to change. Part-time employees may not be eligible for all outlined benefits. Human Resources will confirm each employee’s benefit options and eligibility provisions.
